If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund or exchange. All shoes purchased from TheLovelyBride.com may be exchanged or returned for a credit or refund within 14 days after your items are received - not 14 days from the date of your order.
Merchandise can be returned provided that the shoes and shoe box are returned in their original condition. Any merchandise with scuff marks anywhere on the sole or outside of the shoe, foot-bed area or other signs of wear will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to their returns.
A Note About Trying on Shoes:
We understand that trying on and walking in your new shoes is a very important part of your customer experience. However, please ensure that you try on your new shoes on a surface that will not cause any scuff marks or scratches to the shoe. Please always try on your new shoes with clean feet, and/or socks/hose to protect the inside of the shoe. Any shoes with toe imprints inside the shoe will not be accepted for return.
How to Return/Exchange Items:
To return or exchange any item you purchased, you will need to complete the return form included with your order and ship the package to the address listed at the bottom of this page. We do not require that you obtain a return authorization number for returns.
Once your returned items have been received, inspected and processed you will receive an email confirmation detailing the refund or exchange and we will automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that your credit card company may take an additional 2 to 10 business days to post this refund. For exchanges, any difference in price will be either charged or refunded to the credit card used on the initial purchase unless requested otherwise.
Please do not tape or seal the outside or inside of The Lovely Bride shoe box or you will be charged $3.00 for the box.
Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. If no proof of purchase is enclosed we will refund the current list price for the items returned to us.
